2. What is the minimum stay?
We require a minimum stay of two nights for each of our properties
3. How do I book?
Please check our availability calendar or contact us to see if the period you want is available. Once we confirm that it is
available you will be required to make a downpayment of one nights's rental in order to have a confirmed booking. We
will send you the deposit information via email or text.
4. What is your payment policy?
One night's deposit is payable in advance to have a confirmed booking. Please note that this is nonrefundable if the request is made less than 14 days before the start of your stay. The balance due plus a refundable security deposit of $500 is payable on the day we give you the keys to the property.
5. Is there a security deposit?
Yes - guests are required to pay a security deposit of $500 - this deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of the end of your
stay once there has been no damage to the property or contents.
6. Do you accept pets?
Pets are not permitted on our properties
7. Is smoking permissible?
We ask that guests do not smoke inside the houses and also request that guests who do smoke outside the properties,
properly extinguish their cigarette butts and dispose of them in the garbage and not simply dispose of them on the grass.
8. When do I receive the address and directions to the property?
Once we have received your downpayment, we will email you a package confirming receipt of the deposit along with
general directions and guidelines for the particular property. The rental agreement contract will also be emailed to you.
9. When do I get the keys to the property
We will make arrangements to give you the keys on the first day of your stay
10. What is provided in your vacation homes?
All of our homes include all cookware and bed linens. We do not provide towels. We also provide guests
with an initial complimentary stock of dishwashing liquid, hand soap, bath soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
Guests staying longer than a couple days may have to replenish these items depending on their usage.
11. What are the maximum occupancy rules?
Maximum occupancy is clearly stated under each property's tab on this website. The maximum occupancy will also be
clearly stated in the rental agreement.
12. Do you offer parking?
All of our properties have parking. Jacob's Ranch has parking for at least 6 vehicles, Anavista Lodge has parking for 3 or 4 vehicles, LEDO has parking for 3 vehicles and the Anavista Apt has parking for 2 vehicles.
At our Kilgwyn Bay property two vehicles can be accommodated.
